What is Recruitment?
Recruitment is the lifeblood of Kappa Kappa Psi, harmonizing the essential elements of Leadership, Service, Brotherhood, and Musicianship. Recruitment allows us to expand our musical family, strengthen our bonds of brotherhood, and nurture the leaders of tomorrow. As each new Brother becomes a note in the composition of our chapter, we add a new instrument to our array of service, amplifying the energy and creativity within our fraternity. Through this unity, we strive to create positive change in our ensembles, encouraging an unwavering commitment to service and to each other.
Recruitment also provides a platform to showcase the power of leadership and inspire others to join our cause. As we welcome new Brothers into Kappa Kappa Psi, we empower them to take on leadership roles and guide our collective efforts toward meaningful service projects to benefit the bands. New members become the conductors of their own initiatives, spreading the fulfillment of service far and wide. Together, we provide a sense of community, both inside and outside our chapter, aiming to ensure that we remain a source of inspiration and positive transformation. Recruitment allows us to not only broaden our musical ensemble, but also extend our reach to help make Boston University Bands a better, more enriching experience for students.
