Executive Board Officers of TBAA are elected on a bi-annual basis on odd numbered years and serve for 2 years starting in January
TBAA President
Randy was initiated into the Theta Beta chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi in December 2011 and graduated from the School of Hospitality Administration in 2014. While an undergrad, he played clarinet in Marching Band, Pep Band, and Scarlet Band. Today, Randy remains connected to music, Theta Beta, and BU Bands by playing in Concert Band and regularly attending BUBAN events, including winter break pep band games and the annual All Alumni Pep Band. Serving his first term on the TBAA E-Board, as President, Randy presides over meetings, serves as parliamentarian, promotes membership in the TBAA, and ensures timely processing of paperwork.
TBAA Vice President
Larissa was initiated into the Theta Beta chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi in spring 2017 and graduated with a degree in Environmental Analysis and Policy in 2021. She played mellophone and alto saxophone in Marching Band, Pep Band, and Scarlet Band, and currently plays percussion in Concert Band. Serving in her first term as TBAA Vice President, Larissa engages alumni in various social and service activities throughout the year.
TBAA Secretary/ Treasurer
Jesse graduated from the Economics BA/MA program in 2011 and was initiated into the Theta Beta Chapter of Kappa Kappa Psi at Boston University in Spring 2008. Jesse played Bass Drum in Marching Band and Winter Drumline, which participated in the national DCI competition in 2011. He played drum set in Pep Band and now enjoys impromptu living room concerts with his toddler. Serving in his third TBAA E-Board term and first term as Secretary/Treasurer, Jesse manages the finances of TBAA and facilitates communication between the organization and the Active chapter, while also recording minutes at TBAA meetings.
